We believe that our fees represent excellent value for money. You must be careful when comparing quotes that you are comparing ‘like for like’. Make sure that all the fees are included, such as search fees. Some quotations do not include everything and there may be some hidden charges. Our quotes include everything for a normal conveyancing transaction (unless you need things like a coal search), and we’ll inform you if this isn’t the case before you sign anything. Also, although we may not be the cheapest, our service levels are high and we have on-line progress checking. Don’t forget – you get what you pay for!
