Keeping You Informed

Property buying and selling property can be a very stressful time and we intend to help make the process as smooth as possible to help make your life easier. It is important that we keep you informed at each stage of the process and we can also send updates by e-mail.

We will, of course, also contact you by telephone and through the post when we need to send you documents that require a signature. Because of this there is absolutely no need for you to visit our offices – however you are more than welcome should you choose to do so.

We will contact you at various stages of the conveyancing process by e-mail. The stages vary according to whether you are selling, purchasing, both, or re-mortgaging. When you receive your quote the stages at which we will contact you will be listed.
